Faxon-Kenmar UMC  is going on a journey.  We start our adventure on October 9.  This is a journey of prayer, devotion and discovery. The booklet we will be using is called "A 40-Day Spiritual Journey to a More Generous Life."  This booklet of devotional study and scripture will be available in worship on Sunday October 9.  Everyone is encouraged to participate:  children, youth, families, couples, singles.    Perhaps you would also like to receive these daily devotional thoughts and scripture prompts directly to your computer via email.  This  is easy to do at no cost.   Please go to this link:  http://www.givewithjoy.org/free_edevotional_signup.htm.  Sign up there and you will receive the material for each day directly on your computer.      Special messages about the joy of living a generous life will be presented by Pastor Dave on October 9, November 13, and 20.  These Sunday themes will reinforce the learning practice and growth that will come from the personal devotional study.    Let's get ready for the journey.
