 We had 24 women come out for our October meeting with guest speaker, Susan Tassin, author of PA Ghost Towns. Susan was very informative and made all of us want to read and visit all of these “ghost” towns located right here in our own backyard. We also decided to give the youth enough money to make 15 Operation Christmas Shoeboxes.
This month, our meeting will be on Tuesday, November 18th at 7pm in Stiner Hall. We will be creating a wreath with the expertise of our very own “CRAFTY LADY, Carolyn Mayer.” Please bring a glue gun (if you have one, if not, we will share!). I will have a sign-up sheet on the table in the narthex, please sign up so Carolyn has an idea of how many will be coming so she has enough supplies. Please also bring a few dollars to reimburse Carolyn for her expenses. It is sure to be fun evening!
