 Faxon-Kenmar has a wonderful ministry of serving lunches to family and friends of persons who have gone to be with the Lord when Pastor Bill has performed the funeral. This ministry has been led by several different members for many years, most recently, John & Doris Broshkevitch. We are in need of a new person(s) to head up this great ministry. Please consider taking this over from John & Doris, without someone in charge, we will seriously need to reconsider offering this ministry. We thank everyone who has brought casseroles, cakes, etc., in for these lunches. We pray you will continue to do so when called upon. What we also need, is volunteers to serve the lunch. Even if you cannot stay the entire time, please consider offering to come in either to help set up, serve or clean up. It is getting more difficult for the “faithful few,” to do all that is required for one of these lunches by themselves. We do not want to cut back on this ministry, so please when you hear of a funeral lunch being served, please just come on in and offer your time! Thank you.
