Lenten Challenge

Matthew 6:21 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Following Jesus means being the church; and the church doesn’t just meet, it acts. Join our 40 day Lenten challenge. Fill a bag with an item from your home that would best serve someone else. Use this time as a way of clearing distractions so that you can grow closer to God. You may bring your bag to church on Easter Sunday after 40 days of Lent. All bags will be donated to West End Christian Community Center, Williamsport. You may pick up a trash bag at the Welcome Center or use a bag of any size from home to begin this part of your Lenten journey.
